IntakeOS provides AI-powered and human-verified intake, communication, and revenue optimization services for dental practices, insurance agencies, and law firms.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

The IntakeOS platform, including all software, designs, and content, is the property of IntakeOS and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IntakeOS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IntakeOS is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
